The mission of the Paso del Norte Literacy Council is to represent and advocate for literacy learners, organizations, and providers in the west Texas and southern New Mexico region. We work to:

  • promote awareness of literacy issues throughout the region.
  • provide a forum for networking and collaboration among literacy professionals.
  • promote and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • improve community access and participation in literacy programs.
